Overview
We are seeking dedicated Kitchen Porters to be part of our kitchen teams across the Goodwood Estate. This position encompasses various locations including Farmer Butcher Chef, Goodwood Bar and Grill, Goodwood House, The Kennels, and the Goodwood Art Foundation. Each kitchen operates in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where teamwork and support are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be essential to maintaining the efficient daily operation of the kitchen. Your duties will involve ensuring workspaces and equipment remain clean and well-organized. This role supports the kitchen team in delivering seamless service and outstanding guest experiences.
Role Details
- This position may require working in any one of our 365 food and hospitality sites based on operational needs.
- The role involves working evenings and weekends.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you for the responsibilities.

- Shows eagerness to participate actively and assist the broader team.
- Previous experience as a kitchen porter is preferred but not mandatory.
