Role Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth kitchen operations by cleaning and organizing equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Wash, sanitise, and prepare kitchenware ensuring readiness for use
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients during busy periods
• Manage waste disposal and recycling to uphold a clean and safe environment
• Keep storage areas well-stocked, orderly, and clean for easy accessibility
• Support in receiving and storing deliveries to ensure kitchen inventory is maintained
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to sustain a safe kitchen environment
