Role Overview
As a Kitchen Porter within the Big Mamma kitchen team, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure smooth daily operations and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and orderliness standards in the kitchen area.
- Assist the kitchen and front-of-house teams promptly during service hours.
- Approach every shift with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Candidate Profile
- Positive and warm demeanor coupled with a strong passion for Italian cuisine.
- Energetic, proactive, and cooperative team player.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous kitchen porter experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evening and weekend shifts.
