About the Role

Pa' Pie Bakery Cafe in Varanasi is looking for dedicated Kitchen & Shop staff, both male and female candidates, to join their fast-food outlet. The job involves supporting kitchen operations and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.

Working Hours

Candidates can choose between two shifts:

• 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹10,000
• Two paid leaves each month
• Overtime compensated at twice the hourly rate, paid on the same day of work

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen and shop remain clean and orderly
• Help prepare sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and various fast-food items
• Possess some basic cooking skills
• Work sincerely while adhering to hygiene standards

Rules and Regulations

• Prohibited use of mobile phones during working hours
• No earphones or headphones allowed on duty
• Consumption of gutka, tobacco products, or smoking is not permitted during work
• Arriving to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden

Trial Period

The first 10 days of work serve as a trial period. If either party (employee or employer) opts not to continue, remuneration of ₹200 per day will be paid for days worked during this period.

Security Deposit After Confirmation

Following successful completion of the trial, a security deposit equivalent to the first 10 days' salary will be retained. This deposit is refundable when the employee resigns by providing a 15-day notice, provided there has been no theft, major negligence, or financial damage caused by the employee. In cases of theft or significant misconduct resulting in loss, the deposit may be forfeited.
