Junior User Experience Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior User Experience Designer to join CirrusLabs' team in the United States. This position involves creating user-centered designs that improve the usability and accessibility of our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with different teams to understand user needs and ensure a smooth experience across platforms.

Primary Duties

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user behavior and requirements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visually convey design ideas and user flows.
• Create functional and visually attractive user interfaces that adhere to brand standards for a unified product experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to convert user needs into design solutions.
• Organize and execute usability testing sessions to assess designs and incorporate user feedback through iterations.
• Maintain clear documentation such as design specifications and style guides to support consistent implementation.
• Stay informed on the latest UX industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of professional experience in UX design, supported by a strong portfolio of user-focused projects.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent software.
• Experience in performing user research and usability testing techniques.
