Junior Staffing Operations Executive

About the Role

Adecco Middle East is seeking a Junior Staffing Operations Executive to join their UAE team. This role centers around overseeing existing business accounts, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting sales objectives through account mining, and playing a key part in recruitment activities. The individual will aid in client relationship management and assist in filling open positions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in prospecting and maintaining client relationships to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with account directors and managers to acquire industry best practices and improve sales techniques.
• Conduct market research, develop presentations, and participate in meetings to boost sales initiatives.
• Manage operational recruitment tasks including candidate data maintenance, interview scheduling, and tracking hiring performance metrics.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Support offer negotiations and help facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Keep accurate records of client and candidate interactions, and manage related paperwork for onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare recruitment reports covering fill rates, time-to-fill, and candidate quality indicators.
• Contribute to marketing activities aimed at enhancing the staffing agency's profile and client acquisition.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 1-2 years experience in sales, account management, client service, or staffing functions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of employment regulations.

The position offers a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience. Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
