Role Overview

We seek a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. The role involves planning and executing comprehensive content strategies, managing email marketing campaigns, and collaborating within a fast-paced environment that leverages AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows. Prior experience with AI writing assistants like ChatGPT or Claude is an advantage; comprehensive training will be provided on other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly content calendar featuring 30+ posts that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Oversee creation and publication of diverse content types—Reels, Stories, static images, short videos—across all social channels.
• Preserve brand voice and visual identity, emphasizing a tennis-focused and fashion-conscious image.
• Manage the entire email marketing schedule including campaign conception, copywriting, and distribution aligned with product launches and promotions.
• Grow and segment email subscriber lists to facilitate targeted marketing efforts.
• Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and report insights to leadership.
• Coordinate messaging to ensure consistency across social media and email platforms.
• Gather and interpret analytics data from all social media channels, delivering weekly and monthly performance reports detailing KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Continuously research competitors and industry trends to identify content opportunities.
• Engage with community interaction by responding promptly and maintaining brand-appropriate communications; escalate customer service issues as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of social media management experience, preferably within sports, retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven expertise handling multiple social platforms simultaneously, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience in executing email marketing campaigns on platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools for professional or personal use.
• Competence in utilizing analytical tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.

Skills

• Excellent written English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Express.
• Strong data literacy to interpret dashboards, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and content formats on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Preferred but Not Required

• Basic video editing skills using software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Familiarity with automation services such as Zapier or Make.
