Role Overview

This position is for a Junior Social Media Assistant based in Harare, responsible for generating and managing content across social media channels. The role encompasses developing marketing campaigns, enhancing online visibility, tracking social media interactions and trends, and maintaining uniform branding on all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging social media content and campaigns to boost the organization's online presence.
• Monitor and analyze online interactions and emerging social media trends.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all social media platforms.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in social media content creation and platform management.
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing strategies and campaign executions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Awareness of current and emerging social media trends and platforms.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to collaborate and adhere to deadlines.
• Applicants pursuing or recently completed degrees, certificates, or diplomas in Communications, Marketing, or related fields welcome.
