Role Overview

We invite you to join our Hamburg location as a Junior Pricing Manager (m/w/d) where you will primarily focus on developing and managing the pricing of the GRANIT PARTS product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine and manage gross sales prices for the GRANIT PARTS assortment.
• Collaborate internationally by supporting various sites in executing pricing processes and strategies adapted to local market and competitor conditions.
• Design and implement innovative pricing strategies for specific products and market segments in close cooperation with sales and product management.
• Prepare tailored offers by performing thorough market and price analyses.
• Continuously analyze, monitor, and refine prices and terms to maintain competitiveness.
• Monitor competitors to identify market opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop and carry out initiatives aimed at increasing the company’s profitability sustainably.
• Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders focused on price setting, enforcement, and pricing procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Completed commercial training such as wholesaler/foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or a related degree.
• Professional Experience: Some initial experience preferred in roles like yield manager, revenue manager, or pricing analyst; strong affinity for working with numbers and sound commercial mindset.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Excel; fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English.
• Personal Attributes: Analytical thinking, structured working style, and technical understanding are advantageous.
