From its 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Germany, GRANIT PARTS supplies dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA, and Canada.
Role Overview
We invite you to join our Hamburg location as a Junior Pricing Manager (m/w/d) where you will primarily focus on developing and managing the pricing of the GRANIT PARTS product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and manage gross sales prices for the GRANIT PARTS assortment.
- Collaborate internationally by supporting various sites in executing pricing processes and strategies adapted to local market and competitor conditions.
- Design and implement innovative pricing strategies for specific products and market segments in close cooperation with sales and product management.
- Prepare tailored offers by performing thorough market and price analyses.
- Continuously analyze, monitor, and refine prices and terms to maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor competitors to identify market opportunities and potential risks.
- Develop and carry out initiatives aimed at increasing the company’s profitability sustainably.
- Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders focused on price setting, enforcement, and pricing procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Completed commercial training such as wholesaler/foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or a related degree.
- Professional Experience: Some initial experience preferred in roles like yield manager, revenue manager, or pricing analyst; strong affinity for working with numbers and sound commercial mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Excel; fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English.
- Personal Attributes: Analytical thinking, structured working style, and technical understanding are advantageous.
