Position Summary

We seek a Junior Designer who is passionate about meticulous detail and pixel-precise work. The ideal candidate will convert rough design outlines and brand guidelines into refined, ready-for-production digital and print materials. A sharp eye for alignment, typography, and layout quality is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert design wireframes and creative instructions into Amazon listing graphics and promotional artwork.
• Finalize, modify, and consistently update packaging designs for multiple brand lines and formats such as powders, capsules, pouches, and bottles.
• Ensure uniformity across Amazon listing templates and design systems.
• Prepare precision print-ready files, including handling dielines and layered documents as a plus.
• Support creation of enhanced content (A+), digital advertisements, and other branded visual assets as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Keen attention to visual details, including layout alignment and font consistency.
• Practical experience with Canva, particularly for template-driven Amazon content workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, especially for print ready packaging work involving dielines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing libraries of files, fonts, and visuals meticulously.
• Ability to follow directions independently and deliver quality outcomes without supervision.
• Self-driven mindset with enthusiasm for refining design templates and perfecting spacing and line weights.
