Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer position based in Dublin. The selected candidate will partner with the team to develop engaging visual assets such as graphics, logos, and brand materials. The role involves producing marketing collateral, building style guidelines, and improving typography so that all creative outputs remain consistent, polished, and effective. You will contribute ideas and design solutions that help protect and elevate the brand across a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for a range of needs, including graphics, logos, and brand assets.
• Design promotional and marketing materials that align with the company’s image.
• Help develop and refine style guides to maintain visual consistency.
• Improve typography and layout choices to strengthen the overall presentation of designs.
• Support the upkeep of brand identity across different creative deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teammates to deliver design work on schedule.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of graphic design, visual graphics, and logo creation.
• Hands-on experience with branding concepts and typography.
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with different functions.
• A relevant degree or certification in Graphic Design or Visual Arts is considered an advantage.
• Creative mindset, flexibility, and a portfolio that demonstrates design capability.
