Position Overview

We are searching for a driven and detail-focused Junior Graphic Designer to join our Business Development & Corporate Support team. This role centers on creating impactful, long-format editorial designs such as proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations. Responsibilities include transforming complex content into clear, well-organized visual stories while maintaining consistency and brand standards. Collaboration with Lead Graphic Designers, Creative Project Managers, and content teams is key to delivering precise and polished design work that supports company revenue growth and leadership initiatives.

Location: Remote (preference for Colorado-based candidates). Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer in Business Development & Corporate Support.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
• Full-time benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with employer matching, and paid time off (vacation, sick days, plus 11 holidays).

Responsibilities

• Design and format multi-page proposals, responses to RFPs, and presentation decks.
• Apply structured layouts using pre-established templates, grids, and style guides.
• Maintain strong typographic hierarchy and consistent spacing in long-format documents.
• Ensure uniformity in formatting details such as pagination, headers, footers, and sectioning.
• Convert dense, complex content into clean, visually appealing layouts.
• Adhere rigorously to brand systems and design frameworks.
• Follow pre-built templates while upholding high design quality.
• Assist in updating slide masters and proposal templates as needed.
• Work closely with Lead Graphic Designers to deliver on creative direction.
• Collaborate with Creative Project Managers on scheduling and production demands.
• Partner with copywriters and business development teams to ensure narrative and design alignment.
• Participate in design reviews and effectively implement feedback.
• Prepare print- and digital-ready files ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Conduct thorough proofing and quality control for formatting correctness.
• Coordinate with external print vendors when required.
• Deliver polished, consistent long-format proposal documents following brand standards.
• Promote efficient teamwork across design, project management, and content groups.
• Ensure high visual clarity in information-rich materials.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience, whether agency or in-house.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on InDesign.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Keynote presentation software.
• Experience in long-format or editorial-style design projects.
• Solid understanding of typography, grid layouts, and document structure.
• Ability to precisely follow templates and design systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Capability to handle multiple deadlines within fast-paced settings.
• Collaborative spirit, openness to coaching, and eagerness to grow professionally.
• A passion for the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries is preferred.
