Position Overview
DevHub is seeking a Junior Ecommerce Specialist to support one of its partners in managing and enhancing a leading North American ecommerce platform's product content for desktop and mobile interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product information across the ecommerce site.
- Collaborate with teams including Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative to ensure accuracy and appeal of product pages.
- Review digital marketing assets and campaigns for correctness and consistency with style requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor creative requests related to web content updates.
- Utilize website analytics and customer feedback to suggest improvements to the online shopping experience.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of one year in marketing or project management roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, web analytics, and tools such as GA4 or Google Analytics is advantageous.
