About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a partner associated with Haystack for a Junior Designer position. This role involves crafting platform-specific digital marketing materials for a prominent oral care brand across important retail channels, including leading e-commerce sites and social media platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with brand strategy teams to convert marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio objectives into impactful digital designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality static digital assets and simple motion graphics that adhere to and extend existing digital creative frameworks while ensuring brand consistency.
- Translate product innovation features into clear, engaging visual storytelling to support marketing efforts.
- Handle multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Create design toolkits and templates aimed at improving workflow and overall design efficiency.
- Incorporate performance data and competitor analysis to continuously enhance design approaches and deepen understanding of digital platforms.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of digital design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and composition.
- Demonstrated experience with digital-first design formats, supported by a portfolio reflecting relevant work.
- Capability to translate brand guidelines and innovation strategies into compelling digital visuals.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Effective collaboration skills with marketing teams and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
- A keen eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to professional growth.
