Candidate Profile

• Possess a strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography and layout techniques.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly attentive to detail, able to identify subtle design elements.
• Receptive to constructive criticism and motivated to improve continuously.
• Keen interest in branding and digital design with a strong desire to accelerate professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in developing brand identities, websites, and digital graphics.
• Convert concepts into visual representations creatively and accurately.
• Participate in brainstorming meetings, contributing innovative ideas and enthusiasm.
• Learn to organize design files, comply with design systems, and prepare assets for developer handoff.
