Their focus lies in guiding brands through complex regulations concerning chemicals, product safety, environmental rules, labeling, and import requirements to avoid penalties, recalls, or shipment delays. Their primary clientele consists of product managers at apparel companies with 10 to 500 employees, primarily in the UK and North America, who typically lack in-house compliance expertise.
Content Strategy and Vision
Starting their content journey, EdgeComply hosts regular webinars featuring compliance experts as the cornerstone of their outreach. The goal is to transform these sessions into diverse content types, including LinkedIn posts, short videos, blog articles, newsletters, and visual guides. They aim to increase webinar frequency to 1-2 sessions weekly and seek a creative individual to help expand this content. The company distinguishes itself from traditional compliance firms by crafting accessible, engaging, and easy-to-understand content suitable even for a young audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry, regulatory, and customer feedback research to identify relevant compliance topics.
- Manage and maintain a 12-month content and webinar schedule.
- Coordinate webinar presenters, create accompanying slides, scripts, and materials with experts.
- Host and moderate live webinars, including managing Q&A sessions.
- Configure webinar events using Microsoft Teams, Riverside, or Livestorm and manage email/SMS reminders via Klaviyo.
- Produce various content formats from webinars: guides, checklists, infographics, blog posts, and short videos for multiple platforms.
- Maintain engagement through social media daily posts and bi-weekly newsletters.
- Oversee the Resources section of the website and enhance compliance glossaries and customer case studies.
Performance Metrics
- Feedback quality of webinars measured by attendee responses.
- Lead generation tracked through downloads of created lead magnets.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organized with excellent note-taking and task management skills.
- Comfortable and confident in public speaking and webinar hosting.
- Technologically adept and quick to learn new tools, including AI applications.
- Creatively inclined to develop captivating and clear content.
- Proficient video editor using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Skilled in visual design creating on-brand graphics with Canva.
- Strong copywriting abilities with engaging and natural writing style.
Work Environment and Tools
- Work onsite at the Design District office in London at least four days per week, with occasional remote flexibility.
- Webinar scheduling may require availability in the early evening UK time to accommodate US clients.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Canva, Framer, Klaviyo, MS Teams, Riverside, Livestorm, Slack, and Airtable.
