About the Role
Vastika Inc is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Denver, CO. This full-time, onsite position involves leveraging business analysis expertise to improve processes and support technical teams.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams effectively.
- Document business requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Analyze and enhance business processes for improved efficiency.
- Create Jira dashboards and reports, utilizing JQL for queries.
- Manage stakeholder communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on proficiency using Jira and writing JQL queries.
- Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Confluence.
- Background in project coordination or project management.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Kiro AI, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot.
- Skill in creating KPI dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of Agile work environments.
