Junior Architect

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Junior Architect, you will assist senior architects by contributing to the design and planning phases of architectural projects. Your role includes creating detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and three-dimensional models utilizing specialized software tools.

You will participate in project coordination activities such as site visits and client meetings to accurately gather project needs and help ensure schedules are maintained.

Conducting in-depth research on building codes, zoning rules, and sustainable design methods is essential to guarantee that projects comply with regulations while promoting innovative approaches.

Additionally, you will aid in compiling project proposals, presentations, and related documentation.

Close collaboration with construction managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities to meet project goals effectively.

Candidate Profile and Qualification Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a Civil-related discipline.
• No prior professional experience is necessary, suitable for fresh graduates.
• Proficient in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work productively within a team setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with solid organizational capabilities.

Additional Qualities and Skills

Technical competencies required include AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office suite, 3D modeling techniques, construction document preparation, and foundational project management knowledge.

Soft skills such as problem-solving aptitude, effective teamwork, and clear communication are critical for thriving in this position.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 8,000 and 25,000 INR.
