Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to handle comprehensive accounting tasks including cash flow management, reconciliations, GST and TDS filings, bookkeeping, and audit coordination with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Cash Flow Statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and trial balance sheets with necessary corrective entries using Tally software.
Execute GST and TDS calculations, reconcile accounts and complete filings, staying updated on MCA regulatory changes.
Manage book accruals, expense tracking, and perform detailed General Ledger analyses during month-end closing.
Record payments and receipts, allocate expenses appropriately and maintain accurate General Ledger records.
Handle petty cash for multiple accounts monthly, including submitting detailed reports on cash and cheque payments.
Process payments, monitor outstanding balances, and manage accounts payable and receivable via NEFT, cheque issuance, and cash deposits.
Manage banking operations and establish effective relationships with bank personnel relevant to company transactions.
Address audit inquiries from internal and external auditors as well as GST compliance teams, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
Conduct phone calls and follow-ups with suppliers concerning materials and payments, and with clients for outstanding payments.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of articled experience within the Delhi-NCR region.
Solid understanding and practical knowledge of TDS and GST calculations and filing procedures.

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the NCR region who meet the specified experience and expertise criteria.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
