Junior Accountant

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Accountant to become part of our finance and procurement division. This position focuses on managing purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, handling necessary documentation, and utilizing the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) platform. Comprehensive SAP training will be provided, making the opportunity ideal for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their accounting career.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately create, process, and maintain purchase orders.
• Track orders consistently, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate within SAP C4C by entering data, updating purchase orders, generating relevant reports, and supporting finance processes.
• Manage and organize financial documents to ensure compliance readiness.
• Provide assistance with account reconciliations, invoice verifications, and monthly closing procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of core accounting principles.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms, with SAP experience preferred; training will be given.
• Strong organizational abilities coupled with clear communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and capability to collaborate effectively within teams.
