Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Jio Point Assistant Manager to join our team in Mysuru, Karnataka. This role focuses on expanding and managing the Jio point market while ensuring seamless operations and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and development of the Jio point market in assigned areas.
- Meet and exceed targets related to customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Identify potential channel partners and manage their onboarding process efficiently.
- Visit retail outlets as per beat plan to provide consistent service and support.
- Guarantee the availability and prominent display of stock at all partnered retail locations.
- Maintain the consistency and stability of the supply chain operations.
- Oversee and ensure timely daily cash deposits as per company guidelines.
- Regularly monitor, assess, and conduct training sessions for team members as well as channel partners to maximize productivity.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 23,000 INR.
