About the Role
House of Rings at Pacific Mall, Jaipur, seeks a confident and client-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to join their retail team. The role focuses on assisting customers in selecting suitable jewellery, meeting sales targets, and providing an outstanding in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally.
- Identify customer preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
- Explain details of jewellery designs, features, pricing, and specifications.
- Present gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections effectively.
- Meet or exceed individual and store monthly sales goals.
- Turn walk-in queries into confirmed sales transactions.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp as needed.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure attractive and accurate product displays and showroom upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain stock and product availability.
- Keep meticulous records of customers and sales activities.
- Stay informed about jewellery trends, products, and market competition.
- Adhere to company standard operating procedures, billing processes, and security protocols.
- Help create a premium and positive customer environment.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and confident demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong abilities in sales and negotiation.
- Comfortable meeting sales targets and earning incentives.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; English communication skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or showroom sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and enthusiasm for jewellery sales may also be considered.
Compensation and Location
The salary ranges from 35,000 to 50,000 INR monthly, based on experience and industry norms. Performance and sales-based incentives are provided under company policy.
