Job Summary

Janitorial Associates play a vital role in ensuring that customers have a positive first and last impression by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the store premises, including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• The hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27, at or above the minimum wage required for the location.
• Additional performance incentives are provided on an annual or quarterly basis.
• Premium pay from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be granted depending on factors like schedule, facility, season, or specific duties performed; multiple premiums can apply concurrently.
• Available shifts include opening and morning schedules.
