Role Overview
Chuy’s is looking for a Janitor/Busser to help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest. In this role, you will support both the dining room and the behind-the-scenes areas by maintaining a tidy environment and assisting the front- and back-of-house teams. A strong work pace, close attention to detail, and pride in cleanliness are key to succeeding here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep dining areas clean, presentable, and ready for guests throughout service.
- Support cleanliness across the restaurant, including shared guest and team spaces.
- Work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
- Help create a friendly, comfortable atmosphere through consistent upkeep and quick attention to messes.
- Use speed and accuracy to help the restaurant stay fresh and guest-ready.
Compensation
Pay varies by location, and tips are part of the total earnings.
