Role Overview
Join Gratitude India as an Italian Language Specialist focused on Cards Operations. This position requires managing various aspects of card-related processes such as disputes and collections, along with communicating effectively with clients, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring timely deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee card operations activities in the Italian language, specifically handling dispute and collection cases.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to support their requirements.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports to track and analyze operations performance.
- Manage deliverables ensuring adherence to quality and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in card operations, focusing on dispute resolution and collections.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to prepare and present MIS reports effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills for client handling and presentations.
Additional Information
Working onsite in Pune, India. Exact salary package ranges between 600000 and 700000 INR annually. Candidates from any graduate background are welcome to apply.
