Job Description
We are seeking an IT Technical Recruiter/IT Sourcer to join our team in Jalandhar. This is an on-site position requiring a willingness to work day and night shifts. The role involves sourcing candidates for US IT Staffing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates from various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to effectively find suitable profiles.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone, email, and chat to assess suitability.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports on sourcing activities and candidate status.
- Collaborate with the lead recruiter to understand and fulfill specific job requirements.
Requirements
- A foundational understanding of IT roles and technologies is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen willingness to learn the intricacies of US IT Staffing.
- Proficiency in basic Boolean search strategies.
