Overview
Ballon Stoll P.C. is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance to its employees. The role centers on troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining computing systems, network access, and office technology to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical guidance and support for computer systems, application software, and network connectivity for firm staff.
- Install, set up, and update hardware, operating systems, and office-related software utilized by employees.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems involving workstations, printers, scanners, and other office devices.
- Support upkeep of the firm's computer infrastructure, internal software applications, and electronic document management systems vital for case and administrative tasks.
- Document all technical support activities, system updates, and incidents meticulously.
- Help staff with system login issues, password resets, and software usage questions.
- Liaise with third-party IT service providers when required for troubleshooting or system maintenance purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years' professional experience in IT support, computer systems support, or similar roles.
