About the Company
Eil Global delivers IT services across Asia Pacific and EMEA, covering areas such as desktops, servers, networking, and data centre technologies. The company is based in Adelaide, Australia and supports clients and offices across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.
Role Summary
The organisation is seeking experienced IT engineers to provide on-site support for service requests in Adelaide and nearby locations. This position is suited to professionals who can work in a dispatch-based, on-call arrangement and respond as needed.
Work Arrangement
This opportunity is available on an on-call, freelance, casual, or part-time basis, with ticket-based dispatch support. Service-level expectations may include same-business-day or next-business-day assistance, or support whenever required.
Service locations include Gawler Belt and other sites across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle on-site technical support while maintaining a strong customer experience.
- Resolve desktop-related issues and diagnose hardware and software faults.
- Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing rooms and equipment.
- Carry out operating system installations and system re-imaging tasks.
- Assist with troubleshooting across LAN and WAN network environments.
- Support the setup and configuration of routers, switches, and related networking devices.
- Respond quickly to service requests and technical incidents.
- Record support actions and resolutions according to company processes.
- Work closely with internal teams and client representatives to keep operations running smoothly.
Communication Requirement
The role requires proficiency in business English along with the local language.
