IT Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven IT Recruiter to join our specialized IT staffing team. This full-time position is entirely remote within Florida and offers a competitive base salary paired with an unlimited commission structure based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview management, and offer facilitation.
• Recruit for diverse IT roles such as software development, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Identify potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Loxo, referrals, networking, and talent databases.
• Conduct detailed candidate evaluations assessing technical suitability, communication skills, compensation expectations, availability, and career objectives.
• Compile comprehensive candidate summaries and present qualified profiles to account managers.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement stages.
• Maintain precise and timely records of candidate interactions and pipeline status using Loxo software.
• Collaborate with account managers to grasp job requirements, hiring priorities, and client feedback.
• Successfully juggle multiple active job openings while ensuring a professional and responsive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in recruiting, preferably within staffing agencies.
• Prior recruitment experience for IT or technical positions is an advantage.
• Proven competence in sourcing, engaging, screening, and managing candidates through recruitment cycles.
• Comfortable working in a results-oriented setting with activity and placement targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, meticulous follow-through, and effective time management.
• Ability to work autonomously with close collaboration in a remote team environment.
• Must currently reside in Florida; out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
