Job description
Job Location
This position is based at our office in Bankan Colony, Patna, Bihar, 800020.
Key Duties
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Recruit candidates for various positions including Developers, QA/Testers, DevOps/Cloud Engineers, and Data/Analytics roles.
- Utilize online job portals and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
- Apply Boolean search strategies to precisely target sourcing efforts.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary HR and technical assessments.
- Arrange client interviews and ensure timely feedback collection.
- Oversee offer discussions and facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
- Maintain the candidate database or applicant tracking system and monitor recruitment performance metrics.
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have completed a graduate degree.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this role is between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000.
