Job description
Position Overview
The Investors Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing the relationships with the company's investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. This role requires delivering accurate and timely information to investors and senior leadership, analyzing market dynamics, and contributing to the formulation and implementation of investor relations strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze Nesma Infrastructure & Technology's operational activities, trading outcomes, financial results, reporting, and sustainability efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings statements, along with other investor-focused materials that align with the Group’s strategic vision and investment narrative.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial metrics, market developments, and competitor benchmarks to provide actionable insights and guidance to senior management.
- Organize and facilitate investor engagements including meetings, conference calls, and corporate events.
- Establish and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with investors and financial analysts.
- Manage investor queries promptly and professionally, ensuring all informational requests are addressed effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, and communications to maintain coherent messaging and regulatory compliance.
- Keep abreast of relevant industrial regulations, disclosure mandates, and investor relations best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Proven work experience as an Investor Relations Manager within a publicly listed company is mandatory.
- Comprehensive understanding of Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and compliance.
- Previous exposure to strategic finance roles.
- Outstanding financial communication abilities along with a strong blend of analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is required.
