Position Overview
Our team is collaborating with a prominent Private Credit Fund to recruit an Investment Analyst for their Melbourne office. This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience interested in contributing to the origination, structuring, and completion of commercial real estate lending deals worth up to $50 million. The position offers the chance to work with a varied portfolio of real estate investments, development projects, and commercial properties, while growing within a dynamic, results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in shaping and finalizing commercial real estate loan transactions.
- Perform thorough financial assessments and credit evaluations of investment and development prospects.
- Develop credit submission documents and detailed transaction reports.
- Construct cash flow models and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
- Support the oversight and management of existing client portfolios.
- Coordinate the full transaction process through to settlement.
- Engage and collaborate with valuers, legal professionals, brokers, and other critical parties.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance existing client relationships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Property Finance within banking or Private Credit Fund environments.
- Background in Real Estate Debt Advisory, consulting, or transaction services is also applicable.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and credit analysis.
- Strong communication abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
