About the Role
Become a key contributor to one of Australia's premier real estate investment platforms, managing a globally diversified multi-billion dollar property portfolio including office, retail, industrial, logistics, and residential sectors. This role offers a unique chance to work on both direct and indirect real estate investments while gaining comprehensive exposure to the entire investment lifecycle through a collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in acquisition processes and due diligence for a variety of direct and indirect real estate investments.
- Contribute to the asset management of a high-quality institutional property portfolio to maximize its investment returns.
- Prepare financial models, conduct investment analyses, perform market research, and develop materials for investment committee review.
- Track portfolio performance regularly and support reporting and strategic asset evaluation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external investment partners across multiple regions including Australia, Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.
- Support initiatives involving cross-border investments and asset management as needed.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, fund management, transaction advisory, valuation, or asset management roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analytics, especially with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling preparation of high-quality investment reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated passion for global real estate investing and understanding of institutional capital markets.
- Exhibit commercial insight, curiosity, and a proactive, teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Possession of formal education in Property, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or closely related field.
