Inventory Checker

About the Role

Johnny Q Group is looking for a meticulous Inventory Checker to join the team. This position involves overseeing and verifying stock records within our warehouse and event operations to maintain accuracy and consistency. The role includes occasional travel to our Tobago branch to ensure uniform inventory standards across sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory inspections to verify that all items are present and correctly documented.
• Examine the condition and usability of hardware, plumbing, electrical articles, and batteries as part of quality control.
• Generate detailed reports on stock quantities, discrepancies, and damaged inventory.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to facilitate smooth dispatch and restocking activities.
• Identify and report items requiring repair or replacement prior to dispatch.
• Support the Tobago branch with routine visits to conduct stock verification and uphold inventory integrity.

Candidate Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, plumbing materials, electrical components, and battery products.
• Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Capacity to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Availability and willingness to travel to Tobago when required.
