Intern - Branch Operations and Customer Service

Role Overview

This internship position involves significant exposure to branch operations related to gold loan processing, customer engagement, sales, marketing, and tele-calling tasks. It offers practical experience in financial services with a focus on handling KYC documentation, maintaining records, and nurturing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities involving gold loan application processing and management of required documentation.
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive branch records and ensuring compliance with procedural guidelines.
• Engage with walk-in customers to address their inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business leads; promote cross-selling of financial products including personal loans and insurance.
• Conduct field visits to support sales efforts and client relationship building.
• Perform tele-calling activities targeting existing customers for loan renewals, interest collections, and follow-ups.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Preferably aged under 26 years.
• Targeted primarily at freshers, particularly from 2020 to 2025 graduation batches.
• Registration under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) may be required.

Internship Details and Benefits

• Duration of the internship is 6 months.
• Stipend offered is up to ₹300,000 per annum, including performance-based incentives.
• Interns will receive a government-certified on-the-job training certificate upon completion.
