Position
This internship is for support staff assisting an upcoming made-to-order event. It offers practical exposure to luxury retail workflows, guest interaction, and the coordination needed to run an event smoothly.
Work Period
The engagement runs from 20 July 2026 to 26 July 2026, and again from 1 September 2026 to 20 September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare the event area before opening and during operations.
- Assist Client Advisors with appointments and fitting sessions.
- Arrange made-to-order samples and fabrics, and support the presentation of products.
- Keep the event environment tidy and ensure visual standards are consistently maintained.
- Greet visitors and guide them through the event experience.
- Support inventory movement, stock checks, and replenishment tasks.
- Handle general administrative and operational duties as needed.
Profile
The role suits candidates who are enthusiastic about luxury fashion and customer experience, communicate clearly, interact well with others, present themselves professionally, and can stay effective in a busy setting. Availability for weekend or evening events may also be required.
