Interior Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Trang Tien Plaza. This role involves managing the design process to enhance both the aesthetic and functional aspects of our retail environments. The candidate will be responsible for supervising tenant design submissions, producing creative concepts for mall-wide events and decorations, and ensuring all designs adhere to our brand standards and operational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and provide guidance on tenants’ construction plans to guarantee alignment with our requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed material specifications.
• Collaborate closely with contractors and internal teams to oversee projects from initial design phases through to completion.
• Conceptualize and execute design initiatives for mall decorations, special events, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in interior design, ideally with a background in retail or commercial property environments.
• Expertise in software tools including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and professional fluency in English.
