Key Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from inception to delivery, including designing interiors, discussing material options, and guiding clients in decision-making to progress the project.
• Create and detail execution plans with technical precision.
• Obtain and compare pricing, ensure all involved parties work with the latest versions, and collaborate with contractors to assist clients in selecting building partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors during construction, taking responsibility to ensure budget adherence and timely completion.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Preferably holds a degree in interior architecture, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable and experienced with computer and smartphone tools; the company provides necessary modern technology.
• Having knowledge of HVAC and electrical techniques is a strong advantage.
• Resides preferably within a 30-minute radius of the Melle office.
• Excellent communication skills, passionate about interior trends, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management.
• Strong technical understanding of construction with a genuine interest in interior design.
• Proficient or willing to learn Vectorworks in both 2D and 3D environments.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (spoken).
• Holds a valid driver's license (category B).
• Capable of motivating and leading others.
