Job Overview

The Installer role involves accurately and safely installing various products such as home appliances, furniture, and sophisticated electronics at customer locations, directly influencing customer satisfaction through expert service and precise setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver products securely to residential or commercial sites.
• Unpack, assemble, and install a broad array of items following manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform checks before installation and testing afterward to verify proper operation.
• Instruct customers on usage, upkeep, and basic troubleshooting of products.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy to ensure a positive experience.
• Document all installation activities including reporting, delivery confirmation, and feedback collection.
• Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles well-maintained and functional.
• Observe safety standards and adhere to company policies consistently.
• Coordinate with logistics dispatch and customer service to optimize timely installations.
• Identify and report any defects or damage discovered during the installation process.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification related to appliance repair or electronics installation is advantageous.
• Experience in assembly and installation roles or similar fields.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to resolve technical issues.
• Capability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and repetitive manual tasks.
• Valid driving license with no significant violations.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Effective self-management and time organization skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings when necessary.
