Role Overview

We are seeking an Installation Coordinator to join our energetic team located in Albany, Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling installations between installers and customers using our CRM platform to ensure smooth operations. Your role will be key in coordinating activities that contribute to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the review process for converted quotes.
• Engage directly with customers to address needs and coordinate installation schedules.
• Manage stock allocation and issue purchase orders.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience in a similar coordination role, preferably involving installer or trades coordination.
• Exceptional organizational abilities including detailed recordkeeping and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective and pleasant interactions with colleagues and customers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client success and satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating systematic problem-solving skills in a fast-moving setting.
