About the Role
Join Dr. Sheelaa M Bajaj's esteemed practice, which boasts over 25 years of experience, more than one million consultations, and visibility through TV and TEDx talks. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will engage with potential clients using warm leads generated through WhatsApp, website, Instagram, and YouTube platforms—there is no cold calling involved. Your primary goal is to communicate effectively and secure sales.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary ranging between ₹40,000 to ₹50,000.
- Incentives awarded on sales surpassing a target of ₹15 lakh.
- Bonuses for prompt follow-up activities, up to ₹1,500.
- Additional bonuses for high conversion rates, up to ₹15,000 monthly.
- ₹1,000 bonus for every high-value sale.
- Supportive, manageable targets for new hires during the initial two months.
Work Schedule
The working days are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, based out of the Bengaluru office.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates with 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within healthcare or wellness sectors.
- Comfortable interacting with clients via phone calls and WhatsApp messaging.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and managing follow-up processes.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru.
