About the Role
Join as an Inside Sales Executive specializing in IT staffing on a contract-to-hire basis in Bommanahalli, Bangalore. The position requires a proactive approach and a strong focus on achieving results by generating leads, identifying new business prospects, and backing the sales team to grow the IT staffing division effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate qualified leads using methods such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
- Spot potential client opportunities and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Comprehend client recruitment needs and propose appropriate IT staffing solutions.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM software.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads towards successful closure.
- Liaise with recruitment and delivery teams to guarantee prompt fulfillment of client hiring requirements.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, meetings, and client communications.
- Consistently meet monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales specifically within IT staffing or recruitment sectors.
- Strong understanding of Contract Staffing (C2H), Permanent Staffing, and IT recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Adept at lead generation and client engagement.
- Driven self-starter with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in domestic IT staffing preferred.
- Availability for immediate joining or short notice period is advantageous.
