Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

Gujarat Flowers, located in Kamrej, Surat, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive who is confident and customer-oriented. This position involves managing inquiries from customers primarily through phone and WhatsApp, converting potential leads into confirmed sales, and assisting visitors at the showroom. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and the skill to foster robust relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries received via phone calls and WhatsApp promptly.
• Engage with both prospective and existing clients to boost sales generation.
• Provide clear explanations regarding product offerings, prices, and promotional deals.
• Successfully convert inquiries into confirmed purchase orders.
• Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customers and schedule regular follow-ups.
• Liaise with production and dispatch departments to update customers on their orders.
• Meet or surpass monthly sales targets consistently.
• Uphold a courteous, professional, and customer-friendly attitude during all interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and computer systems.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate honesty, discipline, and punctuality.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not obligatory.

Compensation and Working Conditions

• During a probation period of three months, a monthly salary of ₹20,000 is offered.
• Post successful probation, the salary increases to ₹25,000 per month.
• Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
• No weekly holiday on Sundays.
