About the Role
CEAT Limited, a prominent Indian multinational tyre manufacturer under the RPG Group, established in 1924, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The position demands a proactive individual passionate about engaging with customers, leading research, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships through structured outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospective customers and new business opportunities.
- Leverage prospecting tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Rocket Reach to produce qualified leads.
- Execute 50-60 outbound cold calls daily to present products/services and screen prospects.
- Manage multi-channel outreach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and follow-ups.
- Arrange meetings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions utilizing CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve set targets for daily, weekly, and monthly activities and lead generations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Effective research and analytical skills.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
- Excellent follow-up skills and organizational ability.
- Self-driven with a process-oriented working methodology.
Preferred Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, or client-facing roles.
- Prior exposure to sales prospecting platforms like Apollo.io, Lusha, RocketReach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for a sales career are welcome.
