Role overview
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Influencer Partnerships Specialist to help build creator partnerships that contribute directly to e-commerce growth. This position is focused on more than just campaign execution; it requires someone who can match the right creators with the right brand message and turn ideas into campaigns that support revenue and performance goals.
The company is looking for a self-directed professional who works quickly, takes ownership, and wants their work to create measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns from planning through final delivery.
- Find and onboard creators whose audience and style fit the brand’s objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with influencers and other partners.
- Write detailed campaign briefs that help creators produce high-quality content.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day campaign execution with little oversight.
- Monitor campaign results and use performance data to improve future outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep campaigns aligned, efficient, and effective.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- Prior experience managing campaigns and understanding what drives performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with creators and partners.
- Good understanding of social platforms, creator communities, and current trends.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Technical requirements
- Own a personal computer or laptop that can run multiple tools and platforms smoothly.
- Have a dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
