Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and negotiate collaborations with content creators ranging from nano to macro influencers, focusing on audience compatibility and potential campaign performance.
• Oversee budgets, contractual agreements, and relationships with agencies to ensure timely and commercially compliant execution of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative and Legal departments to synchronize campaign briefs, messaging, and adherence to compliance across all influencer activations.
• Monitor campaign metrics and analyze performance data to derive actionable insights for refining influencer marketing strategies continuously.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in both English and German languages is required.
• Possession of a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related fields.
• At least three years of demonstrable experience managing influencer marketing programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of German social media landscapes and audience dynamics.
• A motivated individual with a passion for impact, complemented by a strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and managing projects systematically and independently.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
