About the Role
TalentPop App is seeking a dedicated Influencer Campaign Coordinator passionate about the creator economy to oversee and execute its influencer-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a skilled project manager who excels at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth campaign operations and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and key performance indicators.
- Discover and engage relevant influencers who connect authentically with the target audience.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners to facilitate campaign success.
- Oversee campaign schedules, coordinate content development, and manage all deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Ensure influencer content stays true to the brand’s identity and messaging through stringent quality evaluations.
- Analyze campaign data using analytics tools to assess performance and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with social media and paid marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of verifiable experience in influencer marketing and executing wide-ranging campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills complemented by strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and current influencer trends.
- Proficient analytical skills to interpret marketing results and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach toward driving brand innovation and marketing success.
- Personal computer or laptop meeting minimum specs (Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
