Role Overview

The organization is seeking a seasoned Independent Board Director to offer strategic oversight and objective advisory as it scales its AI-based healthcare platform. This non-operational governance position involves collaboration with the CEO, founding members, and investors to steer board-level decisions on AI strategy, business growth, fundraising, market presence, and enterprise healthcare alliances.

Qualifications

Essential Experience

• Holding past roles such as Founder, CEO, Board Director, or senior executive in AI-focused healthcare entities.
• Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or clinical AI applications.
• Experience in founding, funding, and scaling technology startups with venture backing.
• Proven credibility with Boards, leadership teams, and investors.
• History of influencing commercial strategy and market positioning.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with U.S. health systems, payer organizations, or value-based care frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI commercialization in regulated healthcare contexts.
• Established relationships within healthcare, AI, and venture capital circles.
