Our aim is to foster neurodiversity, well-being, and active learning by collaborating with top furniture and technology innovators to empower educators in modernizing their spaces and maximizing student potential.

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven professional passionate about educational success to join our team. This person will serve as a trusted consultant to schools and universities, guiding them in aligning their spatial and sensory requirements with Oxilium’s innovative furniture and technology offerings. The role involves expanding regional presence by engaging new clients and nurturing sustained educational partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote Oxilium’s products to decision-makers in school districts and universities through strategic outreach, networking events, educational trade shows, and community engagement.
  • Perform thorough site evaluations and classroom walkthroughs, assessing physical learning environments and recommending flexible furniture solutions that enhance student engagement and equitable learning.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations both virtually and in-person, demonstrating practical benefits and solutions for classroom challenges.
  • Collaborate internally to create customized project proposals and respond to school district Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Manage outreach and project pipeline using CRM tools, accurately forecast timelines, and handle multiple school transformation projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with educational institutions post-product delivery to ensure continued success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in either classroom teaching (preferably Special Education or Inclusion-focused) or direct sales in the K-16 education sector.
  • Strong familiarity with current educational approaches including neuroinclusive design, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening, presenting, and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving ability to navigate complex school district procurement processes and logistics.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for day trips to client locations, with occasional overnight stays; must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
