Overview

Global Future Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Immigration Telecounsellor to join their expanding team in Chandigarh. This role focuses on helping individuals pursue their dreams of studying, working, or settling abroad by providing expert guidance and support throughout the inquiry and consultation process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reach out to pre-qualified leads interested in migration, student, or work visas, establishing initial communication to understand their needs.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and provide clear explanations of immigration options and pathways that align with their goals.
• Address client queries effectively to build confidence and facilitate scheduling of detailed counseling sessions with senior experts.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of calls and follow-ups to consistently meet monthly appointment or enrollment targets.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Completion of 12th grade or any university degree in any discipline.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience; background in immigration, insurance, or telecalling is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Hindi or the regional language relevant to Chandigarh.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills combined with a positive mindset to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
